-Added ::info, ::commands, ::dropparty.
-Changed exp rates to 50K per hit and multiplied skill exp rates by 10 (still slow enough to make it fun, but not too fast!)
-Raised drop-rates for whips
-Added ::yell with over 10 ranks including Donator, Ragamuffin, Staff ranks, Super Donator, and player support.
